HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY KATELYN
I'll start with Kate's 1st birthday. . .we celebrated it July 24th because we got home from pioneer trek on her real birthday--July 22nd! And yes, she did enjoy the cake!!
She was super tired--we went to the carnival just before, so she was done!

Pioneer Trek--July 19th-22nd
Very hot, dusty, but a good experience.
Tyler: 0 mosquito bites Anne: 55 plus mosquito bites, (mostly on my face, and left arm!!)

hahaha gotta love the last pic. i cant believe you haven't thought of that sooner either! they look good on you.. it sure looks like kate enjoyed her cake. i feel like i've missed so much this summer. aint no going to the swimming pool in alaska.
by the way, i heard if you put your onion in the freezer for 20 mins you dont cry..i have never tried it, but it might be worth a shot..
